The restaurant has different rooms, each with its own unique character.
In the Print Room etchings of Amsterdam from the 18th and 19th Century can be found as well as a collection with Delft Blue tiles from the 17th, 18th and 19th century. In the Glass Room the walls are covered with 17th and 19th century gold plattered leather. A large collection of rare glasses from the 17th century are displayed here as well. On the ceiling really nice oak beams from the 19th century.
The Rembrandt Room is well known for its four original etchings of Rembrandt van Rijn. Also a huge collection of guestbooks can be found here, going back as far as 1946. These books have been signed by (famous) guests who have paid a visit to the restaurant, like Walt Disney, Orson Welles, Bruce Springsteen, Kirk Douglas, Richard Krajicek, Sergei Bubka, Michael Gorbatsjov, Tyra Banks, Dmitri Medvedev, Jari Litmanen, Esther Williams, Anne Baxter, Marcel Marceau, Samantha Fox, Paul Stanley and Mick Jagger, just to name a few.
In the Knights Room all tables are covered with Delft Blue tiles from the 17th and 18th century. Helmets, swords, shields, pistols and harnasses dating from the 80 year war (Spanish war, 16th and 17th century) are found here as well.
The Bridal Room, situated at the 1st floor of the restaurant reminds of the cabin of a ship from the 17th century. Looking at the wooden paneling on the wall, potts on the ceiling, shape of the window and the curtains, you really feel like being in a ship. In the Mother Hendrinaroom, situated at the 2nd level and being the oldest part of the restaurant, dating from 1627, a huge collection of Delft Blue tiles again can be found.
